At FantasticDokan.com, we take pride in our efficient delivery services. Here’s how it works:

Delivery Locations:
We offer delivery services both within Dhaka City and nationwide. Our trusted courier partners include SteadFast, PaperFly, Sundarban Courier, SA Poribohon, and SteadTas.

Dhaka City Delivery:
Within Dhaka City, we predominantly rely on SteadFast for swift deliveries. On occasion, we may opt for PaperFly Courier to ensure efficient service. Typically, your orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

For added convenience, if your order value exceeds BDT 10,000 and weighs less than 2 kg, you can enjoy a complimentary delivery service. For orders outside these criteria, delivery charges will be quoted during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes:
The delivery timeframe varies depending on your location:

Inside Dhaka:
Generally, we aim to deliver within the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 2 to 3 working days or more, in which case we will keep you updated via email or phone call.

Outside Dhaka/ Nationwide:
For deliveries to major cities across Bangladesh, we partner with various courier services. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. Most national orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. In rare instances, it may take longer, but rest assured, we’ll keep you informed to provide the best possible delivery schedule.

Please note that most of our products are kept in stock and are usually dispatched on the same day if the order is placed and confirmed before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will typically be dispatched the following day.

Delivery Charges:
Yes, we do charge shipping fees, which vary based on your delivery location and the order amount. Orders over BDT 10,000 enjoy free delivery.

Dhaka City:
For deliveries within Dhaka City, most orders over BDT 10,000 in value and weighing less than 2 kg qualify for free delivery. For orders outside these criteria, delivery charges will be quoted during checkout.

Nationwide:
For deliveries outside Dhaka, shipping charges typically range from BDT 100 to 150 Taka for most items. In exceptional cases, we provide a shipping estimate during checkout.

Order Pickup:
Yes, you have the option to pick up your items. To do so, simply place your order online and confirm stock availability with us before visiting our office. Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you an email notification. Generally, this is done on the same day for orders placed before 5 PM. Your email or SMS may include a tracking number for your convenience. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order status online.

Dispatch Confirmation:
We’ll notify you through email as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. Our commitment is to keep you informed about your package’s progress to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Change in Delivery Details:
If you’ve placed an order and need to change your delivery details, please reach out to us promptly. You can call us at 09678-300400 or drop us an email. If the item hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is dispatched, we won’t be able to modify any delivery details.
